How much does delivery cost?
We offer FREE delivery on orders over R1000to all areas except outlying areas. If your order is below R1000, our delivery fees are between R65 and R95. The cost of delivery is determined by your delivery address. If you are in an outlying area there is a delivery fee of R150 for all orders, regardless of weight. Free delivery is not applicable to your area.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Red espresso strives to fulfil orders as soon as possible. Subject to availability and receipt of payment, the time it takes from when an order is placed to when it is dispatched for delivery is at most 3 working days.
For Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) no dispatch occurs until the money is cleared in our account. If you have paid via EFT, please make sure to email us your proof of payment preferably directly from your bank account on transfer to online@redespresso.com
No fulfilment or deliveries will take place on Saturday or Sunday or any public holidays.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Please note that these timings are calculated from the time of dispatch, NOT from the time when the order was placed.
Is it possible to arrange a specific delivery time?
We are not able to confirm a specific delivery date or time as we make use of a courier company. Deliveries will only take place during business hours. If the courier company is unable to effect delivery after three attempts, the parcel will be returned to us as the sender and delivery will be re-routed at client’s expense.
