Sweet beet hot chocolate

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons red espresso® Beetroot Latte Mix
• 3 cups milk of your choice or full-fat coconut milk
• 2-3 tbsp red espresso® Vegan Gourmet Drinking Chocolate
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch Celtic sea salt 

Instructions

1. Add all the ingredients to mug and add 30ml (or 40ml) hot water to mix into a paste
2. Add hot milk or full-fat coconut milk
